Originally presented as the "Theatregoers' Choice Awards, the WhatsOnStage Awards are the only major theatre awards in which the audience, are the judges across all categories. Each year, the awards shortlists are drawn up with the help of thousands of theatregoers who log on to nominate their favourites across all awards categories. A prestigious awards show, the brief was to ideate and improve within the existing, recognizable brand standards.
